Canadian Executive Centres has recently upgraded our full feature Mitel telephone system. Each Executive Phone is a dual line set, allowing you to have a caller on hold while you talk with another client. Hands free calling, conference calling, music on hold, do not disturb, speed dialing and many other features are built into each phone set. Best of all, your calls will continue to be answered at reception even if your handset is busy. Your callers need never get a busy signal!

In the event that you are on the phone or out of the office, your callers will be transferred to your private voicemail box, or they can be re-routed to your cell phone if you prefer, (local number only). There is an additional fee for the re-routing service. Your voicemail is accessed using your personal pass code and you can retrieve your messages from anywhere in the world, 24/7.

Our high-speed internet provides you with a constant connection to the internet so you don't have to log on each time you want to check your e-mail or go to a web site. A static I.P. can be made available to you should you require one in order to host your own web site from this location. We provide you with Firewall protection, which prevents the "outside world" from seeing your computers' data. A LAN for your office(s) can also be configured so you can see your staff's data, regardless of whether they are at another computer in your office, or in an entirely different office within the centre.
